Our History

Founded in 2015, Rutledge Agency has been providing exceptional insurance services to our clients for 10 years. We started in the basement of our home just like any other small family-owned business and have since grown to become one of the most respected insurance agencies in the industry.

As we have grown, we started off in just life insurance and slowly grew into an agency that offers health, life, annuity, and debt elimination options. We are happy to help clients from the youngest to the oldest.

Owners - Matt & Amber Rutledge

In 2015, Matt had recently come into the insurance industry after coming off of Active duty Army and a brief time in corporate America. In the beginning, his wife Amber assisted him with recruiting and administrative tasks to bring on new recruits and get business processed quickly. Since then, they have had more children and she has had to step away from the business for now. Until her return we have hired a new assistant, Tabitha Turner, you can learn more about her below.

Administrator - Tabitha Turner

Before working for the Rutledge Agency, Tabitha worked as a Women's Shelter Program Coordinator. She assisted individuals in adjusting to the program by settling paperwork and obtaining any necessary materials. She went on to receive her Business Administration and Christian Education Degrees. Once she had done that, we hired her to handle several tasks. She has excelled immensely.

Retirement Solutions Specialist - Caleb Howell

Caleb was also in the Army back in 2007, when an injury caused him to get out of the military. He sought a career in analytics, where he accomplished this and has been doing this for nearly 8 years now. His last role was with Honda while working on being certified to sell retirement solutions products. He focuses on Annuities, Debt Elimination Solutions, Indexed Universal Life, and Legacy Safeguard Solutions. Give him a call directly today:

Marketing Partner - Casey Durham

Casey has been a great partnership addition. After serving multiple deployments in the Army. He went on to pursue a degree from the University of Georgia. He then began working in marketing for a large manufacturing company, helping with their analytics and marketing strategy. Since then in 2014, Casey decided he wanted to begin his own digital marketing company. Helping 100's of small businesses, double and even triple their clientele and profits.
